Shipping

Please note that processing on all orders is 2-5 business days, after that shipping take will take around 2-3 business days. (Expect a delay during holiday seasons as i am a one women team!)

Processing is how long it will take us to prepare , make, and package your order for shipping!

Shipping is how long it will take usps to ship your order from us to your door!

For any questions regarding shipments AFTER your order has been shipped, please contact usps and have your tracking info ready.

Handmade By Rian is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages!

Returns & Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to sanitary reasons, we will not be accepting any returns

Monetary refunds are only sent if you received the wrong item, all orders include a packing slip as a reference and signed off when completed

All other refunds are issued in the form of store credit
